Carpenter Crane Hoist has years of experience in the high tech industry
as well as clean room equipment, plating lines and food industry.
Fabrication includes welded light to heavy piece parts, frames and
fixtures. Carpenter Crane Hoist builds cranes as well as OEM equipment
and lifting devices both industrial and clean room rated. Fabrication
of structural steel is available as well as precision support frames
large or small.
CAD
Mechanical and structural engineering available. Software capabilities
in AutoCad 2002 or DXF.
Fabrication
Carpenter Crane Hoist manufacturing facility is located
at Mare Island Shipyard in Vallejo, CA. There is a 115,000 sq./ft.
facility with 50’ high ten-ton crane.
Coating/Finish
Carpenter Crane Hoist can provide quality paint from large structural
to automotive quality with a variety of paints. Fusion bonded epoxy
can be provided for corrosive and food environments as well as clean
room applications.
Clean Room
Fabrication, assembly and packaging in 20’ x25’ class
1000 clean room. Clean room has a one-ton capacity class 10 crane.
This gives
the ability to clean and package large structural members safely
and employ leading edge industry clean room fabrication, assembly
and packaging techniques.
Quality Control
Carpenter’s facility on Mare Island is one of the largest
load testing facilities on the West Coast. Carpenter’s test
frames can test loads as high as 450,000 lbs.. Carpenter has the
ability to test and certify the products we build. Carpenter Crane
Hoist has years of experience in the high tech industry and is familiar
with the specifications and requirements of the industry.
